How will I be billed?
Monthly service charges are billed a month in advance, calls are billed a month in arrears.
Please note that your first bill is usually higher than your normal monthly bills as it includes your first month pro-rated from the time your system went live, and the next month in advance.
When will I receive my monthly bills?
The bills will be emailed to you at the start of each month.
I am on a call bundle, why have I been charged for calls?
Not all destinations are included in a call bundle. To see which calls have generated a charge please download your call itemisation from the VTSL Portal. Please see video below.
For a copy of your call tariff showing the list of included destinations, please contact your account manager or email info@vtsl.net.
Where can I get copies of previous bills?
Customer Self Service portal users can download the bills from the portal under the Invoices tab. Access the Self Service portal here.
