You can access your company directory and transfer calls to colleagues's extensions, mobile numbers, etc., or conference them in. **Does it use mobile plan minutes?** No. **Can it really be used anywhere? ** It can be used anywhere you have a 3G / 4G or WiFi signal. **What about video calls?** The app supports both audio and video calls.
