The main responsibilities of this office-based role include: answering customer queries, performing account reviews, leading training sessions for customers, and ensuring maximum optimisation of VTSL products. A large part of this role is dedicated to dealing with inbound enquiries and keeping in touch with clients to ensure their continued success with using VTSL products. The Customer Success Executive reports to the Customer Success Director and must be highly organised and very personable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound customer queries, configuration changes, additions, moves
  • Developing relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction
  • Proactively engaging with customers to identify and resolve issues
  • Utilising VTSL’s customer CRM (Salesforce) to document customer queries, reviews, issues, meetings, etc.
  • Effectively escalating issues to relevant internal teams
  • Customer training on products
  • Appointment setting for Customer Success Director for field based client review.

What we need from you:

    • Experience working in Telecommunications Customer Services or Operations
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
    • IT literate
    • Commercially aware
    • Self-motivated, friendly and confident
    • Highly organised
    • Team player
