In 2006 there were several hosted business phone system providers but none that were providing the features 10-250 user businesses needed to get ahead, at a budget they could afford, on a network where voice quality could be guaranteed. David and Robert Walton decided to create VTSL to fill that gap.

VTSL continued to win industry-leading awards for its VoIP business telephony system, and decided to invest heavily in its development team to create deep integrations with CRM systems such as salesforce.com to create a unified communications system that added value to organisations by creating efficiencies.

VTSL's best-in-class unified communications app is launched providing customers with seamless communication across multiple channels. 

VTSL began to specialise in certain sectors: business centres, GP practices, schools and professional services organisations such as accountants, solicitors and estate agents. 

VTSL invested in its people and infrastructure, doubling the size of the team and adding additional data centres to improve resiliency.

VTSL expanded their London HQ, opened up operations in Ireland and continued to add new features and applications to thier increasingly popular hosted VoIP business phone service.

VTSL grew to more than 10,000 users and more developers were hired to ensure VTSL's VoIP technology remains on the leading edge.  Network infrastructure was reinforced and monitoring systems upgraded.
