Microsoft Teams + VTSL's Cloud Telephony

The eagerly anticipated integration with MS Teams allows our customers access to the full functionality of the VTSL cloud communication services via their Teams application. This integration is part of our 2022 roadmap.

This integration means you will have a single desktop experience, with no need to swap between applications. You will be able to make and receive calls directly through Teams, sync calendars, use Teams as your phone and retain VTSL's powerful routing functions.

Existing VTSL softphones can be converted to Teams softphones at no additional cost, and customers have a choice of using both desk phones and/or Teams on a one number scheme. This service is fully supported by VTSL, the upgraded service also works with Teams Mobile App. 

All VTSL Applications such as Call Recording, Analytics, Dashboards, and Call Monitor can be used though MS Teams.
