Cloud-Readiness Network Audit

You are probably using some cloud applications - Office 365, or Salesforce.com for example. But the most efficient businesses aren't using just some cloud applications, they are fully in the cloud.

To move completely to the cloud for all your business applications, from financial software to design software, to project management software to IP telephony, you need an incredibly robust, agile network that is cleverly set-up to ensure you stay connected all the time.  Installing fibre connectivity isn't enough.

In response to seeing hundreds of businesses struggle with their networks, VTSL now offers a free network audit that will provide you with a clear picture of where your network's weaknesses and strengths are, as well as recommendations on how to get it ready for all your organisation's needs, now and in the future.

Full Network Audit Includes:

  • Wide Area Network / Connectivity check & review (bandwidth, speed, set-up, failover, etc)
  • Local Area Network (LAN) check & review (routing, switching, and WiFi)
  • Firewalls & cyber security check & review
  • Structured cabling check & review

FAQ

Why do you do this for free?

It is important to us to build trust and goodwill with potential clients. Even if the organisation doesn't become a VTSL client in the future, they might recommend us to someone else.

What do I need to do? Will this take up a lot of my time?

Someone will need to meet the VTSL engineer, let them into the office and provide them with access to the comms room.  This person should also be able to share any concerns the company has regarding network connectivity, as well as provide details of any recent issues.  The more this person can tell our engineer about the business and how applications are currently used, the better our report will be. The engineer will probably be on site 1-2 hours.

Who comes to our office?

A qualified network engineer from VTSL.

What exactly do we get?

You will get a written report emailed to you. Your engineer or a VTSL network expert will talk you through the results at a time convenient to you.

If we wanted to 'fix everything', is that something VTSL can do?

VTSL's engineering team are experts in networks and connectivity. Our entire VoIP telephony business relies on having cloud-ready, reliable networks, so our expertise in this area is second-to-none. We are able to remedy anything from old switches, to weak routers to poorly set-up WiFi as well as provide you with super fast connectivity that you can scale up or down as your business needs change.  To answer your question in a word - yes.

If we move to VTSL for our network & connectivity, do you keep an eye on our needs / usage / etc as we grow?

Most of our clients have been with us for many years. Your VTSL team (including engineers, customer support and an account manager) will be monitoring your set-up and usage, and discussing things with you at regular intervals to make sure you are happy with network performance, and capitalising on changes in technology.
