Do you want to be part of an ever-growing team in one of the first companies to deliver cloud communications? VTSL are looking for a customer success executive to join our team who will oversee the performing account reviews, up/cross selling beneficial products, renewing contracts and overall customer outreach. 

In this newly created role, you will enhance customer success with our existing accounts including satisfaction, revenue and retention. You will also be responsible for a wide range of accounts, meaning time management is key as you will have a full and busy schedule to keep track of. If you are highly organised, very personable and feel comfortable learning about and explaining new technology then this could be the role for you. 

We are growing rapidly and have a number of products developed in-house by our programming team that will be launching soon. These new products offer a significant opportunity for up-sales.

About the role
In a newly created role we are looking to enhance customer success with our existing accounts including satisfaction, revenue and retention. The ideal person for this position is highly organised, very personable and feels comfortable learning about and explaining new technology. You will work with the Customer Success Director, report directly to the CEO and be responsible for a wide range of accounts - from large to small, as well as fielding inbound sales inquiries that come through via phone or website. Time management is critical as you will have full and busy schedule, and need to keep track of many important emails, phone calls and appointments. Experience with Salesforce is useful but not required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet or exceed targets for retention of existing customers
  • Enhance customer satisfaction
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to up-selling products & services
  • Properly utilise our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Effectively describe new and products and features to customers, including benefits, how to use, etc.
  • Respond to new inbound sales inquiries
  • Customer Training (existing and new products)
  • Handling customer queries
  • Customer campaigns
What we need from you:
  • Experience selling / account managing Telecommunications products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 2 years B2B sales / account management excellence
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Self-motivated
  • Highly organised
  • Personable and presentable
  • Quick learner of telecoms and technology products (VTSL provides training on their products)
