How does it work?

Order VTSL's soft client by emailing salesteam@vtsl.net.  Each user will receive an email with instructions on how to download the app to their phone (or other device), as well as log-in details.  Once they are logged in, they can open the app to make and receive calls from their office number.  You can order the service for as many or as few of your employees as you like. 

How much does it cost?

Our soft client app is charged on a per user, per month basis, and is very affordable.  Please contact salesteam@vtsl.net for more details. 

What if I need to transfer a call or conference someone in while on the app?

This is easily done. You can access your company directory and transfer calls to colleagues's extensions, mobile numbers, etc., or conference them in.

Does it use mobile plan minutes?

No.

Can it really be used anywhere? 

It can be used anywhere you have a 3G / 4G or WiFi signal.

What about video calls?

The app supports both audio and video calls.
