TELECOMS CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADMINIStRATOR 

Due to recent growth we have an opening in the Operations team.  The role will revolve around provisioning and delivering first class customer service.

Tasks include

  •  Processing customer orders by using VTSL's internal systems and supplier portals to order the relevant products and services
  • Keeping the customer informed throughout the order process
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal VTSL departments to ensure the service is delivered on time
  • Taking ownership of billing queries and liaising with the billing to team to resolve customer accounts queries
  • Supporting customers with 1st line queries on our telephony platform
  • Raising cases with our technical support team when a customer experiences a fault with their VTSL service

Experience Required

  • Fixed Line (Landline or Broadband) Telecoms order processing / provisioning (this is essential as without having any experience of order processing / provisioning you will find the job very difficult)
  • Customer service experience

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to multi task (the work is fast-paced and you need to demonstrate that you can handle multiple tasks at the same time)
  • Attention detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues
